How It Works
Online Appointment and Photo Submission
To begin the process, patients should log in to the website www.qhtclinic.com and complete the online appointment form. Along with the form, they need to attach high-quality photos of their head from all four sides and the top. These photos should clearly showcase the baldness and donor area (the back of the scalp) to help the clinic assess the situation.
Booking and Consultation Appointment
After submitting the form and photos, the consultation team will get in touch with the patient to schedule an appointment at NRG Wellness Clinic. A minimal booking fee is required to secure the consultation. This fee is refundable if the appointment is canceled at least 48 hours before the surgery. The reservation is based on both the patient’s and clinic’s availability. In case of an emergency, the appointment can be rescheduled.
Travel and Accommodation Arrangements
It is advised that patients book their return tickets after the treatment, leaving a 2-3 day buffer to allow for recovery before traveling. Patients can select a hotel within their budget, ranging from economical to higher-end options. Patients are encouraged to share their travel details, including flight and accommodation information, with the clinic in advance so the clinic can assist with coordination and provide support during the stay.
Payment Information for Indian Patients
For Indian patients, the booking fee can be paid through bank transfer, UPI, Google Pay, or PayTM. Payment details, including the account number, IFSC code, and UPI ID, will be provided to ensure smooth transactions.
Coordinator Assistance and Transportation
A personal coordinator will be assigned to assist the patient at every step of the process. Upon arrival, NRG Wellness Clinic will arrange for a cab to transport the patient from the airport or station to their hotel. If required, a translator or multilingual assistant can be arranged upon request.
Consultation with the Hair Transplant Surgeon
After the necessary tests, the patient will meet with the hair transplant surgeon for a one-on-one consultation. The surgeon will review the patient’s medical history, check their vitals, address any questions, and examine the hair using a trichoscope. If the patient is satisfied and ready, they will sign a consent form outlining all the possible outcomes, risks, and the treatment fee.
Hairline Design and Planning
The actual grade of baldness and the donor area will be assessed after shaving the patient’s hair. The surgeon will analyze the baldness pattern and determine how many grafts can be extracted from the donor area. Then, the hairline design will be planned based on factors such as hair texture, future hair loss progression, face shape, age, profession, and personal goals. The purpose is to create a natural-looking hairline that suits the patient’s features. Modifications to the design can be made based on the patient’s preferences, within realistic limits.
Preparation for Surgery
Once the hairline design is approved, the patient will be escorted to the operation theatre. The nursing team will clean the patient’s head with an antiseptic solution to prepare for surgery. The surgeon and anaesthetist will administer local anaesthesia to ensure the patient does not experience any pain during the procedure.
The Hair Transplant Procedure
After the anaesthesia takes effect, the surgeon will make slits in the bald areas of the scalp. The graft extraction from the donor area will begin, and the process will continue until the bald region is fully covered with newly implanted hair. The procedure will be carried out with great precision to ensure a successful outcome.
How It Works
Interested patients for hair transplant may log in to the site, www.qhtclinic.com. After filling up the requisite contents in an online appointment form, one needs to attach good quality photos that clearly show the image of your head from all four sides and the top, defining baldness and donor area, i.e., the back of the scalp.
Our consultation team will revert to you and give you an appointment for a visit at the NRG Wellness Clinic. At the time of reserving or booking a date for consultation, a minimal booking amount is required to be made online on our website, which is refundable if the patient cancels their appointment within 48 hours before the surgery. This reservation is made considering flexible and available time and date of the patient, as well as the Clinic. In case of an emergency, either with the patient or at the Clinic, the reservation may be rescheduled to another day, subject to availability of both the sides.
It is advised that the patient book the return tickets after the treatment or by leaving a minimum of 2-3 days’ buffer time to allow them time to heal before traveling. The patient will be staying at a hotel that can be chosen based on their budget, ranging from economical to a hotel. It is advised that the patient shares their travel plan, including ticket and accommodation details, with the Clinic prior to their arrival, so that the Coordinator and the team of NRG Wellness Clinic can assist them better.

The consultation team will also appoint a coordinator to assist you at every step. At the time of your arrival a NRG Wellness cab will be there to receive you. The driver will assist you from the airport/station to your hotel. But, in case you need a translator, or a multilingual assistant, the same may be arranged by the coordinator on request.
After your testing, you will be taken to a NRG Wellness Hair Transplant surgeon for a one-on-one consultation, where the surgeon will interact with you, check your vitals and report, answer any question you may have, and finally, check your hair graft with a trichoscope. Once you are fully convinced and are ready for the surgery, you will be asked to sign a consent form detailing all the possible outcomes, what to expect, any rare complications, and pay the fee for your treatment.
The actual grade of baldness and available donor area will be visible only when your hair is shaved off. The doctor will analyse the area of baldness and possible extraction of grafts from the safe zone of donor area, and then plan for the hairline design. While doing this hairline design, factors like grade of baldness, texture of hair, possible past look, future progression of baldness, genetic analysis of maternal and paternal history, shape of the face, age, profession, goals, etc. are all kept in mind.
The purpose of hair transplant is to give you a 100% natural look, and cover your bald region. If you are happy with the hairline design, then you move on to the next step. Otherwise, depending upon your choice, slight modification in hairline may be made by the doctor, subject to the desired modification being cent per cent within the realistic approach.
Now, you will be taken to the operation theatre by the coordinator. You will find that all the trained nurses will be there to welcome you. They will clean your head with an antiseptic solution, and immediately after the arrival of the surgeon and anaesthetist, procedure will begin with the shots of local anaesthesia.
After the effect of anaesthesia, you will not feel any pain, and the surgeon will make slits. Thereafter, harvesting of graft from the donor area will begin. This process will continue until the complete bald region is covered with newly implanted hair. After the completion of the procedure, you are allowed to move out of the clinic.
